Hello fellow yogis! Today
I had a chance to try the Power Cycle Dubai last December and totally love it! This year’s goal is to focus on yoga, meditation, fasting and relaxation with a little bit of cardio running and cycling. For now on this blog post, I would like to introduce to you The Studio DXB Yoga and Fitness. I did around 5 sessions with them 4 morning flows and 1 vinyasa for my last session.
I cannot deny how much I love yoga now! I used to hate it and thinks that I’ll fell asleep if I do yoga, But I am so wrong! It is not easy, doing those yoga poses needs so much strength and believing yourself haha and of course food for energy or you’ll end up like a jelly arms and jelly legs haha
LOCATION: Located in Al wasl Square. It’s a quite a journey for me to come here everyday as I prefer to just walk anywhere. Although, if you’re driving then parking is very easy and near just behind their studio. My morning flow class was 8:15am so 7:30am I call uber and i’ll be there around 8am-8-10am. Then going home i’ll uber to business bay metro and ride the train to my house which is just a few walks from the metro.
AMBIENCE: The place is really nice and totally love the Teal color of the Brand and their studio. It feels home inside their studio, so chill and relax, it is not that big but just enough and the space is quite spacious for the number of students and sessions they have there. They have provide mats and towels and everything you need for your sessions. You can also shower and have a nice tea all you want.
STAFF/SERVICE: During my sessions at The Studio dxb Yoga and Fitness, I met 3 yoga instructors. All 3 have different ways of doing their own classes which is cool to know and experience. My favourite yoga instructor would be @JGHAFF Follow her on instagram. Even though It was only my first and last class yoga at The Studio dxb I felt doing my yoga poses with her, I don’t feel tense and just calm and relax the whole time! Take note that my last yoga class with @JGHAFF was like a private session since the other 2 who’s supposed to join us cancelled last minute. I was nervous at first but everything went well. Thanks @JGHAFF for the memorable last session! If you need a yoga instructor definitely recommen to contact her @JGHAFF on instagram. She’s very nice and really good! You won’t be disappointed.
