THE CHOCO MONARCH SWEET AND SAVOURY
Back again with another choco overload night with my friend and this time we tried other food that they served layered chocolates of course! CLICK ME if u haven’t read my previous review and first visit with them or CLICK ME to see the video sure you don’t wanna miss it!
So the food we ordered are:
-Monarch Pancakes that has mixed fruits and layered chocolate:
-Sushi Roller french crepe that has mixed fruits and cream cheese with layered chocolate
-Monarch Brownies choco brownie cake with layered chocolates and a scoop of ice cream on the side
-Crepe with Egg, cheese, tomato and honey on the side
-Cappuccino and Dark Mochaccino for our Drinks
I ordered the Monarch pancakes with sliced mixed fruits with it and layered chocolates, I though it was way too sweet as the pancake itself is very sweet alreasy then you’ll have to add and eat it with layered chocolates, I suggest eating it with the mixed fruits and order another one of those mixed fruits as it really helped subside to the too much sweetness. Again this is just me, so maybe it is not very sweet for you, I so suggest The Choco Monarch to not put sugar on the panckes itself or maybe just a little bit because it is already very sweet when layered with chocolates.
Another thing I chose was the Sushi Roller! Definitely my favorite so far! The balance of crepe, layered chocolates, cream cheese and mixed sliced fruits are perfect to eat altogether! Totally suggest you guys ordering it! I admit and guilty! I almost ate the whole plate if I didn’t wanna share it to my friend LOL haha
My friend @budgetbiyahera ordered her favorite Monarch Brownies! Tried it the first time before and sure is still yummy and lovely to eat while it’s newly served and hot with ice cream.
The Choco Monarch also serves Something Savoury that doesn’t have layered chocolates on the food, My friend ordered Savoury Crepe with cheese, egg, tomato for her dinner before digging in with all the chocolates we ordered, I had a taste of it and it taste delicious! I even dipped it in layered chocolates and totally love the mix of sweet from layered chocolate together wih the salty/savoury crepe.
For the drinks we ordered something hot instead of cold, my friend got Cappuccino and I ordered Dark Mochaccino that comes in a tall cup and it really big serving, u can order that if you want something hot and big in serving hehe
Overall the whole new dishes we ordered were all amazing and did not disappoint! Can’t wait for their Grand Opening this august in Bur Dubai! Stay tuned on their social media The Choco Monarch for updates if you don’t wanna miss it!
