Sand Lake is one of the 5A National Tourist attraction in Yinchuan, Ningxia, China located in Ningxia Autonomous Region. You can fly direct to Yinchuan from Dubai via @emirates.
Sand Lake is one of the best places for bird watching in China, as it is home to 198 species and over one million birds. Every year during spring and autumn, over one million migratory birds stop here. Here, you can also find the Black Swan swimming around the lake. Boat ride and other water or desert rides are available too!
Other Rides available that you can do in Sand Lake Scenic Resort is Motor Boat Riding, Romantic Abra Ride, Monster Truck Ride for the Adrenaline, and see the Huge Sand Castles that they build different designs every year! Parasailing and other Water or Sand related activities are also available.

Entrance Fee to go inside is April 1 to October 31: CNY 60 -November 1 to next March 31: CNY 40 This activity is best for groups as you can all enjoy everything. *The admission fees include the items of the Wetland Museum, the Sand Figure Garden, the Sightseeing Tower, the Peacock Garden, Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation Museum and the electric power cart.
