If you don’t have a chance to travel outside of the country, Staycation is your best bet and a smart move to actually go and visit places. I’ve been back in Malaysia for a year now and I have so many places to visit and foods to try! Malaysia overall is such a nice country that wherever you go, You will surely enjoy the surroundings and everything in between.
I’ve been doing staycations and visiting different styles of accommodation from camping, glamping, airbnb’s and hotels of course, for quite some time now and today I am showing you around to my Ultimate recommendation of where you should stay for your next vacation! Either with your friends and family to spend some quality time or by yourself for a self-care weekend.

It’s situated in the heart of Seremban town and offers 345 guestrooms, three dining options, and 17 function rooms. It is my first time staying at Royale Chulan Seremban Hotel and my first time visiting Seremban Malaysia. LOCATION HERE : As per my stay at Royale Chulan Seremban for 3days and 2nights, there’s nothing that I would like to highlight other than how relaxing my stay was. This is definitely one for the books where I went for an ultimate Holiday! Where I just eat, sleep, Chill and repeat! And you guys know that I am not this kind of a travel girl, I will go to places and see things and walk all day! Nevertheless, It was a really great holiday for me to just really be lazy like literally lazy and not do anything all day, nothing to worry about except, if when I am eating next haha
Kidding aside, Royale Chulan Seremban Hotel is located in such a relaxing environment, surrounded by nature and plenty of things to do! I personally haven’t been to these places because I was not in a capacity to do it during my stay at the hotel but I will definitely come back and visit and will write about it all for you to read and film a Youtube VLOG about the places so you can see everything in motion and plan ahead for yourself and enjoy your visit at Seremban.
EXECUTIVE ROOM: During the 3days and 2nights, I was staying in the Executive Room on the 10th Floor of the Royale Chulan Seremban Hotel. This is not my first time staying on an executive floor, I’ve been a few times during my travels before. Their executive room is spacious and there’s definitely a lot of space for your personal needs. There’s a table to set up your laptop as your workstation if you need to and bring your laptop with you. Middle table just below the television for your foods and drinks. This is where the kettle, coffee/tea, glasses, mini fridge, mini bar and all that is located. Then another table with a mirror for your personal things like if you need to blow dry your hair then this table is yours with a big mirror to make everything look good before you go. Next to this area is where you can put your luggage for easy access.
There’s also a full body mirror, a huge full wall cabinet to hang your clothes and tidy up your things. Iron + Ironing board, room safe to secure your important things. Bathrobe is my favorite because my holiday or hotel stay is not complete if I’m not wearing that bathrobe and that hotel slippers. Now let’s go to the Bathroom. Showering is my favorite thing to do everyday. It is a relaxing me-time. I love how the Royale Chulan Seremban Hotel bathroom looks elegant and you’ll feel like royalty. A really good size and lovely packaging of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soaps, shower, face towels as well. You can also find a weighing scale, and the toilet is AH-mazing! They don’t have a bum-gun but the toilet where you sit is well-equipped with a small pout that you can turn the knob and the water will literally shoot water directly to your mmmmh…. You know haha Just make sure you are sitting before turning the knob otherwise the water will shoot so far out of the toilet bowl haha Hope you understood =D Life is so much better with this isn’t it! =D
Moving on, I missed trying out the swimming pool so I ended up relaxing in the bathtub. My room has a bathtub and I was definitely surprised that it is long enough as per my height where I can stretch my whole body and definitely just relax and enjoy the moment of my hot tub, this is another favorite for sure! ThumbsUp! The shower is also just behind the door of the bathroom, it is a very well designed bathroom, where everything is in the right place. Huge mirrors everywhere and the bathroom lighting is perfect for your makeup session, get ready with me videos if you’re filming one hehe. Although My room doesn’t have a balcony, I do appreciate how the room doesn’t feel cramped and the big windows overlooking the mountains and greenery are good enough for me to see while enjoying my coffee or tea inside my room.
There’s a strong WIFI available in my room, especially everywhere around the Hotel. This is important for me as wifi is a must for my work and to access everything else. I still work even if I’m on a full-on relaxing holiday mode. Power points are also available everywhere in your room so you won’t have any problem where to charge your gadgets, although I bring my long wired power points when traveling because it is a must and I charge so many things hahaha
SWIMMING POOL: As I’ve said above, I never had a chance to actually try their gorgeous swimming pool. The first time I saw the swimming pool I fell in love and was very excited to try it. Resort style Swimming pool with huge waterfalls that you can go under as well, Long swimming pool where you can do laps and add in some exercise to burn some calories from eating all the good food. A Slide is also available which both kids and adults can try. The man who looks after the swimming pool is Murugiah, Love how he looks after everyone. He even gave away some fresh coconuts that time I was there. He definitely loves his job and has been there working for so long which is nice to know. He makes sure everyone has a chair to chill, makes sure that every kid has their own floaties to enjoy the adults pool with their parents. There’s a kiddie pool and jacuzzi as well. I hope to come back next time and finally try and swim in their gorgeous swimming pool.
Kids Playground and Tennis court are all in the same place where you can stay active and get moving while staying at the Royale Chulan Seremban Hotel. Other FACILITIES includes: The Ballroom, A Courtyard, Different meeting rooms depending on your needs and the capacity, Dedicated business center CLICK ME for more information. I also wanna highlight how all the staff are super nice and always smiling and accommodating to their guests. While I’m sitting enjoying my food or walking around the Hotel, I look and notice people around. Everyone is definitely enjoying their stay there. It’s a healthy environment because the staff are nice and welcoming to everyone no matter what’s your Race or where you are from. =) Farah from the reception (hope I got her name correct) welcomed me upon arriving with all smiles. The 2 guys who’s the staff at the executive club greets me and welcome me during breakfast time and make sure that I am starting my day right.
FOODS: This is the moment where you get very excited! Because I’m gonna talk about food!! I cannot highlight enough how good the food at Royale Chulan Seremban Hotel is. They have so many options for dining. So whether you are staying in or just looking for really good food to enjoy by yourself or your friends and family, you can never go wrong choosing Royale Chulan Seremban Hotel. I personally had a chance to try their two restaurants which are HAN PI YUEN CHINESE RESTAURANT and ASIATIQUE. You can CLICK ME to read more about Han Pi Yuen chinese restaurant and they’re offers right now for Chinese New Year. ASIATIQUE is my go-to place during my stay at the Hotel. You can either enjoy their Buffet or Ala carte but both are definitely a must! They have a wide choice for the ala carte menu from western to local foods. They serve a weekend high-tea buffet and BBQ nights buffet which you don’t wanna miss! All the foods are delicious and well-done! From savory to sweet desserts! They have plenty of choices that you must try, plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate everyone and have an amazing view of the swimming pool as well.
As I am staying at the Executive Floor of the Hotel Level 10, I had the pleasure to try and check out the peaceful and quiet from the Executive Club. If you’re someone who’s not a morning person but needs to eat breakfast, or someone who just needs a quiet and peaceful morning with no one talking around, then You must book their executive room as they have the executive club which is open for everyone who stays on the Executive Floor and Suites. It is open for Breakfast 7am – 10:30am and night time from 6pm. Takenote that it is not open all day 24/7 like other executive clubs that I’ve been before during my travels. But nonetheless, their executive club service is top-notched and a must if you’re looking for a little bit of privacy or some peaceful time during your stay or catch-up for coffee or drinks with friends and family. The executive club also has a full view of the swimming pool, the mountains and the green surroundings which is a nice sight to see every morning while sipping your hot coffee. Overall, My stay there was memorable because it has been a long time since I spent some days just literally relaxing, eating and sleeping at a Hotel. Royal Chulan Seremban Hotel is the perfect place to bring your friends and family or just simply to have a peaceful staycation by yourself. I feel at peace knowing that the hotel staff are nice and welcoming and ready to serve you and make sure that your stay will be amazing. My dining experience from Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are very much appreciated. The foods are well-prepared. All delicious! I’ve tried everything and everything was legit good. No complaints at all. Definitely recommended from now on to everyone who wants to check and try a new hotel for staycation or will suggest Royale Chulan Seremban hotel for a good relaxing stay if they’re exploring Seremban and haven’t been before.
One thing I need to do first, next time I’m back for a staycation at Royale Chulan Seremban is to jump right straight on their gorgeous swimming pool! You know I’m a water baby and I’ll go where the water is haha so next time, I’ll just stay at the swimming pool haha.
