O’Learys – Sports Restaurant Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai
The story of O’Learys starts with Jonas Reinholdsson, a young Swedish man, moving to Nantucket Island off Boston and falls utterly in love with the local lifestyle and a young girl from the area, Anne O’Leary. In 1988, he set the fantastic mix of sports, food, music and drink which so clearly represents Boston residents’ everyday culture, the restaurant concept O’Learys. He then opens the first restaurant in Gothenburg.

It was a lovely afternoon chatting with the bloggers! Geez! How I miss my Food Buddies back in Malaysia! Like seriously! ?
Onto the Food Review and try not to drool over those Steaks, Fries, and Burger. Read the Details of the foods one by one.
I Tried my best to take photos of all the Foods available that time as it was a different set up compare to how it is done in Malaysia. We had a special menu for the day. Starter, Main Course, Side Dish, Sauces, Dessert and the Drinks. Each of the Category had 5-6 choices, and The bloggers were about 12 people. If I were not keen, enough I would’ve not taken some of the photos that you can see below as those were not my food. But Bloggers were kind enough to let me borrow it for photos.
Portabello and Rocket Salad: So for the first stop, This was my order as my Starter and boy it was darn good! I would totally recommend this first hand to all of you who wanted to visit the Restaurant. Mushrooms were so good and the sauce, everything in this plate is just made for those days when you are craving for something healthy as a light meal.
Chicken Quesadillas: One of the many foods that I haven’t tried but lucky enough to take a photo for visual purposes.

Chicken Parmigiano Pasta: My Main course is Pasta, Photo above. The serving is huge which a good news for everyone. I didn’t even manage to finish half of anything on my plate. I find the taste of the pasta OK but on a safe side. The chicken is a bit dry but eating it at the same time with the pasta would probably fix it. It did satisfy my tummy & recommended.

New York Cheese Cake: Well, At least before I finish this food review I can give a comment about my Dessert after the long list of foods that I took above but never get to try them. The Cheese Cake taste creamy, but I find it a bit sweet for my liking. I did finish the whole slice, though, I won’t deny it, haha It was sweet but creamy that you just want to indulge it for cheat days!
I wish I can give you more information on the Foods above that I never get to try during the Food Review, But I guess One of the Perks of going to Blogging gigs is always to bring someone so you can try more variety of foods. Back to the Food Review, while We were waiting for the others or for the foods to be prepared, We were given some tokens that we used and get to enjoy the activities that are available in their restaurant. TV’s are located anywhere inside the restaurant so you can enjoy watching your Favourite TV shows or Games while drinking your nice, cold beer and enjoying your foods with your family, friends or just you alone would be a good thing too as the staffs were very nice and helpful to all your needs.

Bar food is a weakness of mine and there’s no cure. I am loving this place! I love going to sports bar because all the dishes they serve are my comfort food, lol. You’re making me crave for some burger and wings!
