DIFC HUSH FROM THE RUSH – INSPIREYOGADXB – So my friend Chloe and I had to opportunity to attend the #hushfromtherush yoga event in DIFC Gate Avenue organized by @inspireyogadxb. This is my second time attending a yoga event organized by @inspireyogadxb and they always have such nice staff who look after the guests who are attending. I’ve never had the opportunity to actually go to their yoga studio yet, but hopefully soon.
The Event was held at DIFC Gate Avenue. My first time to visit Gate Avenue in DIFC and oh my this place is just posh to shop and eat! Didn’t really had so much time to walk around but on the way and back I had a glimpse of a lot of beautiful shops in there! Perfect to walking around during this Dubai Summer hot if you’re looking for something to spend a day with and you haven’t been to.
I don’t really know what is going to happen to the event rather than we’re doing yoga, but thinking that the timing is 3hours of the event, I wonder what else we’re going to do. So the first thing we did at the event was to learn about our gut health explained by @eatwelldifc we then proceed to wear our own headphones and listen to the yoga instructor and did our yoga. It was a very different experience as I’ve never had this kind of yoga that we need to wear headphones and it is just amazing and different. After the yoga, We had a very relaxing sound bath and just listening to the sound of music straight from the headphones and just the music. It feels so calming and relaxing that few yoga attendees fell asleep hehe.
