Obviously, I feel so happy and excited receiving these gifts. I didn’t really expect to have both of these things for Christmas! But I am not complaining at all. In fact, I feel ecstatic now, that I have all the gadgets that I need to improve my blogging life. I’m thankful and feel blessed that I am able to receive such gifts for 2016. Thanks to my husband for supporting both of my blogging and youtube life ??
For the 27inch iMac Retina, I started unboxing it or using it on Christmas day (i think) It definitely helps a lot especially in editing my videos for my youtube channel. I can edit at least 2-3videos in one day and that is totally awesome! Also with the 27inch huge screen, I can multi-task, I use half of the screen for editing movies and half of the screen for my safari or for editing photos for my blog. I’m so amazed at how iMac Retina change my life!
For the Canon G7x Mark II, I have not used it yet but played around it a bit before I filmed my video above. I am surprised by how the videos and photos are so clear! So “HD” I said in the video haha But definitely a game change for my blogging life as well, Now I don’t need to carry my huge DSLR camera when attending events, Well, unless it is a food review, then I need my DSLR hehe.
So for the year 2017, The goal is to post more on my youtube channel. I need to just sit there, Film, and do what a youtuber should do. I would totally film more Makeup or beauty related videos this year and will try to Vlog more so I can share you guys how is my life going. Definitely, I need to talk more in front of the camera ? haha

Sounds like you had a wonderful Christmas gift and I am in love with both those gadgets. The best & my all time favorite is a camera from Canon as they are of great quality and standard.
